The Inverted Platform Attachment is a specialist lifting solution designed for handling dies safely and efficiently across industries such as cosmetics, food, and pharmaceuticals. Developed for a leading cosmetics manufacturer, this attachment enables operators to lift and transport dies directly from the production line to a cleaning station with ease.
The platform attachment features four precision-aligned bolts that secure the die during transport, ensuring maximum stability and safety. Its compact design and small footprint allow easy access to dies, even through narrow gaps within manufacturing lines.
To enhance safety, the inverted platform is fitted with an adjustable microswitch that prevents the attachment from exceeding the preset height range, protecting both the equipment and surrounding machinery.
Like all Packline attachments, the inverted platform is fully interchangeable and can be quickly connected or removed from any Compac Lifting Machine fitted with the quick-release system.
With a lifting capacity of up to 120kg (264lbs) and a lift height range of 348mm to 1200mm (13.7”–47.2”), the inverted platform attachment is easy to use, safe, and hygienic—making it ideal for industries with strict cleanliness requirements.
