The Reel Transfer Stand can be loaded and unloaded using Packline’s wide range of stainless steel lifting equipment, or it can function as a stand-alone static roll feed. Reels are positioned onto the stand using a Packline lifting device, ensuring a smooth and controlled transfer process.
Versatile and Safe Operation
The stand can be used to transport reels from a storage area to a packaging or processing line, supported by four swivel castors with brakes for effortless manoeuvrability and secure positioning. When stationary, the stand can also serve as an unwinding station, allowing operators to safely feed material directly from the reel.

Manufactured from high-grade 304 stainless steel with a fully welded construction, the Reel Transfer Stand is easy to clean and ideal for hygienic and cleanroom applications where contamination control is critical.
Secure Mandrel Design
The unit includes a mandrel with end stops to ensure the reel remains securely in position. The end stops are held in place using shaft locking retaining pins, which can be quickly removed and replaced without tools, allowing for fast reel changeovers.
