Spiderlift Vacuum Lifter Overview

The Spiderlift Vacuum Lifter enables users to repeatedly lift and accurately place a wide variety of loads including glass, plastics, metals, wood, boxes, windows and sheets of material.

The Spiderlift Vacuum Lifting Attachment has the ability to rotate the loads to be lifted through 180 degrees. The Suction Cups are available with adjustable lengths and widths.

For Mobile Glass Handling Solutions see our Quattrolifts Glass Lifting Range

The range of Spider Lifters are traditionally hung from a hoist and swing jib. The Spider Lifter is then used to hold a load whilst it is lifted and lowered using a hoist. The Swing Jib allows the operator to move the item into place.

Typical items to handle in this way are large sheet materials such as metal, plastic, stone or glass.

The Spider Lift is also suitable for lifting and placing items during a production process such as windscreens, panels, doors or turbine blades. The simplest of the solutions allows the operator to lift and lower an item vertically. The vacuum pads vary in size and number depending on the item being handled.

The pads are set along adjustable booms allowing for different sized items to be handled with the same vacuum system. As part of a process an item may require tilting or rotating both of which can be carried out using variations of this standard Spider Lifter design.

The standard Spider Lifter requires a 230v single phase power supply however if tilting and/or rotating are required then a compressed air supply may also be needed.
