This Reel Handling Trolley is designed to improve efficiency during the packaging process of food or pharmaceutical products. The reel handling trolley transports reels of film or foil in order to dock the reels onto existing packaging lines.
In addition, more than one reel trolley would enable the operator to continuously have a reel available to exchange with the existing reel, already loaded onto the packaging line, enabling a smooth transition of the film or foil reels.
The Reel Handling Trolleys are ergonomically designed to suit the operator and are easy to dock onto the processing line.
The Reel Trolley can accommodate different sized reels as required for the packaging line. This is achieved by means of an adjustable collar design to ensure a secure grip on the reel and correct loading every time.
