The Stainless-Steel Roller Platform Tray Attachment was designed for a customer in the food processing industry to move waffle irons efficiently and safely.
The waffle irons are used for waffle making production in the food processing industry.
The waffle irons are transported individually from storage racks to a wash station for hygienic cleaning. The roller platform dimensions (630x250mm) are designed to ensure each individual waffle iron is securely held in place for transport.
The attachment rollers enable the waffle irons to be smoothly transferred from the storage racks onto the platform attachment. The waffle irons slide on and off the roller platform for easy transport and cleaning.
The platform attachment features a safety retaining hinged door to securely hold the waffle irons in place whilst being transferred. Location pins hold the attachment door in a closed position ensuring the waffle irons can be safely transported.
All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fixed or removed from any model of ‘Compac’ Lifting Machine that is fitted with the quick release system.
The attachment is backed up by a fully bespoke design service, ensuring the right solution can be made to suit most requirements and applications.
