Designed to handle reels weighing up to 500 kg as standard, with higher capacities available on request, the Mobile Reel Dolly can be custom manufactured to suit specific reel sizes and operational requirements. Units are available in stainless steel or mild steel construction, making them suitable for a wide range of industries including food production, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing and converting operations.
The reel dolly features a removable handle, secured using a convenient star knob mechanism for quick installation and removal. When the handle is removed, the reel dollies become fully stackable, allowing for compact storage and efficient use of workspace when not in operation.
Four heavy-duty swivel castors are mounted beneath the reel dolly frame, providing excellent manoeuvrability and stability, even in confined production areas. This design ensures operators can easily position and transport reels safely and efficiently across the workplace.
