The Bespoke Stainless Fork Attachment was designed in response to a customer enquiry in the food industry to handle forming tubes or forming sets for bagging and dosing machines. The forming tube guides and protects the product as it is dosed into the package.
The attachment’s fork arms align beneath the forming tube collar to lift the forming set into and from the dosing machine.
This lifting attachment lifts forming tubes up to a capacity of 150kg, although higher lift capacities are available on request.
In order to access the forming tube collars this lifting solution can lift to an extended height of 3046mm. This ensures easy access to the top of the vertical form fill seal packaging machines.
The lifting column features a stabiliser collar kit to support the lifter column and fork attachment. The stabiliser ensures that the attachment remains intact and stable whilst lifting.
The carriage stabiliser kit bolts to the outer carriage and wraps around the column. The stabiliser features roller bearings to enable the smooth running up and down the carriage whilst lifting.
The raising and lowering actions of the Fork Attachment are made by a battery powered mechanism which is operated by simple ‘up and down’ buttons that are located ergonomically on the machine’s handlebars. Joystick control and remote control options are also available.
This lifter is suitable for clean room environments and hygienic applications.

All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fixed or removed from any model of ‘Compac’ lifting machine that is fitted with the quick release system.
