Handling IBC Tanks Overview

Fork Attachment for IBC Tanks – Ideal for Pharmaceutical and Hygienic Environments

Our Stainless-Steel Fork Attachment was specifically designed for the safe and efficient handling of Intermediate Bulk Containers (IBCs) in the pharmaceutical industry. This innovative attachment reduces manual handling and ensures seamless transfer of liquid-filled IBCs from storage to processing areas within clean room environments.

The Fork Attachment securely lifts IBCs to heights of up to 3 meters, enabling easy dispensing into mixing equipment. The forks (300mm wide, 790mm reach) slide beneath the IBC stand to lift the entire container safely. A safety retaining lip ensures that the IBC remains securely in place during handling.

Powered by a reliable battery mechanism, the lifting and lowering functions are controlled via user-friendly ‘up’ and ‘down’ buttons conveniently located on the machine’s ergonomic handlebars, with the option of a remote control.

Designed with hygiene and versatility in mind, this attachment is perfect for pharmaceutical, food, and other cleanroom applications. Additionally, our bespoke design service means we can tailor the Fork Attachment to suit your specific needs.

All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and easily fitted or removed from any Compac lifting machine equipped with the quick-release system.
