A vacuum lifter is one of the most frequently used positioning and lifting aids for glass suppliers, window/door manufacturers and installers/glaziers. Usually these are mechanically driven lifting aids. With the Tiller® self-loading and portable electric liftmobile for handling heavy glass, windows and doors, you have the most compact and manoeuvrable machine with suction cups to easily lift, install and mount glass. The small footprint makes this glass lifting trolley ideal for glass assembly in confined spaces.

The Tiller®-liftmobile is fitted with 2 electric drives as standard, one for lifting heavy glass and one for driving when you reach the right lifting height. The Tiller®-liftmobile for handling glass is fitted with 2 Powr-Grip® manually operated professional suction cups. Tiller®-liftmobile is self-loading and lifts itself in and out of the van and is immediately ready for use.

The electric height displacement of the suction cups of the Tiller®-liftmobile is a  maximum of 110 cm. The final positioning height of the glass depends on the starting height of the glass on the frame and the location where the glass suction pads are attached.

In the lower position, the support wheels of all glass Tiller®-liftmobiles are on the ground and the glass and the Tiller®-liftmobile can be moved sideways a little, for instance, to place a glass pane behind a pole.

For heavy windows with a wide variety of dimensions and a lift capacity up to 120 kg, the Tiller®-liftmobile model LM120GD is suitable. This model has quick adjustment possibilities to set the suction cups in the center of the glass and the depth of the glass to the frame or window. This allows you to bridge a windowsill or radiator.

The electric height displacement of the suction cups of this Tiller®-liftmobile is a maximum of 110 cm. The final height of the glass depends on the starting height of the glass on the frame. With this model, the placement height of the glass can be increased significantly by lifting it in two steps.
