Drum Handling Clamp Attachment – Manual Rotation Overview

The drum handling attachment with manual rotation can be used to handle a wide range of drum types and sizes.

The geared drum clamp has been designed to grip drums by the circumference and rotate to any position through 360°.

The drum clamp is manually rotated. The drums are securely gripped by the external diameter. A handwheel provides the clamping and release actions and the mechanism has a torque limiter fitted so that the pads so not over on under-tighten.

Ergonomically placed handles on the clamp attachment facilitate easy operator rotation of the drum through 360 degrees.

Optional fixed ‘stops’ at pre-set positions enable the drum to be rotated to pre-set angles for lifting and emptying of ingredients at 90 and 180 degrees or any angle as
required.

Packline’s range of drum lifting and handling attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fixed or removed from any model of ‘Compac’ lifter.
