Fitted with Rotating FDA approved nitrile rubber pads to provide maximum grip and assist alignment
A range of clamps – Interchangeable, pre-shaped pads, rollers.

Mechanical torque mechanism to ensure correct gripping pressure is applied preventing over tightening and damage to load (manual and geared rotation)

Packline’s Drum Handling Clamp Attachment with Geared Rotation offers a reliable and ergonomic solution for lifting, rotating, and positioning a wide range of drum types and sizes. Designed for precision control and operator safety, this attachment is ideal for manufacturing, processing, chemical, food, and pharmaceutical environments.

Precision Geared Rotation Through 360°

The geared drum clamp grips the drum securely around its circumference and enables smooth, controlled rotation through a full 360°. This allows operators to accurately position drums from vertical to horizontal, ensuring safe handling during filling, emptying, and transfer operations.

Dual-Handwheel Operation for Safety and Control

This drum clamp features two independently operated handwheels:

Handwheel 1 – Grip & Release:
Provides easy adjustment of the gripping pads around the drum’s external diameter. A built-in torque limiter ensures the pads do not over- or under-tighten, protecting both the drum and the operator.

Handwheel 2 – Drum Rotation:
Enables precise rotation of the drum between any angle from vertical to horizontal, ensuring smooth, controlled movement for accurate positioning.

Compatible with All Packline ‘Compac‘ Lifters

All Packline drum handling attachments are fully interchangeable and can be quickly fitted or removed from any Packline ‘Compac’ lifter using the unique quick-release system. This allows maximum flexibility across different handling tasks.
