Forward Tipping Drum Clamp Attachments
The Drum Clamp Attachment with Forward Tipping is designed for the lifting and tipping of a variety of drums.The Drum Rotation Clamp has been designed to suit the lifting and rotation of a wide variety of drums and allow the contents to be dispensed in a controlled manner.
The stainless steel drum clamp is designed with curved arms and large gripping pads in order to securely grip the drum whilst lifting and forward tipping. This attachment is available with manual, gearbox assisted or fully powered mechanisms. In addition, the mechanism features a torque limiter ensuring that the clamping arms do not over or under tighten the drum.
Alternatively, drums can be rotated by means of a band clamp attachment. This attachment is suitable for steel open top or tight head drums with rolling rims and a capacity of up to 205 litres. The drums are clamped in a steel hoop with an adjustable clamp and locking pin. The forward rotation is provided by a hand wheel operated manual gearbox and this provides the operator with full control during the dispensing process.
The drums are clamped between the rolling rims via an adjustable chain and locking pin.
