Adjustable Twin Spindle Die Block Lifter Attachment

Packline’s Adjustable Twin Spindle Attachment is a versatile solution for lifting and handling die blocks with precision and safety. Designed and built to order, this attachment can be tailored to meet specific customer requirements.

• Adjustable Positioning: Fine left or right adjustment is achieved via a manual handwheel, with optional adjustable-width spindle centres.
• Extended Reach: Spindles and support legs can be extended to provide an additional 400mm reach over control cabinets.
• Secure Handling: Die block lifting chains with star knobs ensure safe attachment, while flanges at the end of the spindles prevent eyebolts and chains from slipping off without unbolting.
• Load Capacities:
  • Up to 300kg with Packline’s stainless-steel electric lifter.
  • For heavier loads or extended reach, the attachment can be mounted on a heavy-duty hydraulic stainless-steel stacker (manual or electric lift options).

• Optional Crane Arm: The hydraulic unit can be fitted with an extendable crane arm, rated at 350kg SWL at 900mm load centre, and still suitable for lifting dies with four chains.
• Range: 600mm to 1000mm.
• Smooth Operation: The manual hydraulic lift provides excellent control over lifting and lowering, allowing operators to align attachments with ease.

To maximise efficiency, Packline also offers quick-release attachments for multi-tasking, such as forks, crane arms, platforms, and booms—making the lifter a flexible asset across production areas.
