Versatile Reel Clamping and Rotation
The heavy duty range of Logitrans stacker trucks fitted with the stainless reel clamp attachment can handle a wide range of reel types and sizes.
This attachment is designed to grip and handle reels by the circumference and rotate to any position through 180° to 360° depending on requirements.
Fitted with a quick release system, the reel clamp attachment can easily be attached to any Logitrans machine fitted with a ‘Flexline’ carriage.
The clamp attachment is available with manual, gearbox assisted or powered rotation, with a lift capacity of 300kg, up to 1200kg depending on machine model and customer requirements.
In addition, the clamp is suitable for load diameters of up to 850mm as standard.
A built-in Slip Torque mechanism ensures correct gripping pressure is applied preventing over tightening and damage to load.

The clamping jaws are lined with nitrile rubber pads or fitted with rollers depending on the lifting solution, customised to each individual application.
The interchangeable jaws with pre-shaped pads ensure that the right reel handling solution can be specified for each individual application.
