Engineered to handle vehicle batteries and Central Computer Units (CCUs) safely and efficiently, this solution supports precise positioning within modern car production and assembly lines.
Designed with a shorter-than-standard attachment length, the lifter allows easy access into confined and restricted assembly spaces, making it ideal for use along automotive production tracks and build stations.

This highly versatile attachment features a dual lifting design, enabling safe handling of both batteries and CCUs. The lifting hooks can be adjusted to accommodate a wide range of vehicle components and model variants, ensuring compatibility across multiple automotive platforms.
A four-position adjustable hook arrangement allows fast and accurate configuration for different battery and CCU sizes. Ergonomic adjustment dials are located directly on the attachment, enabling operators to make changes quickly and safely. Once set, the dials can be securely locked to prevent movement during lifting and placement.

The lifter is fitted with special triple front-end swivel castors, designed for smooth, stable movement over automotive production line tracks.
Raising and lowering are controlled via a powered lifting mechanism, operated using ergonomically positioned up and down buttons on the handlebars. Optional joystick or remote control operation is also available. A slow-start function provides enhanced control, allowing precise positioning during docking, loading, and unloading operations.
