The stainless solid single spindle attachment was designed in response to a customer enquiry in the food industry to lift small rolls in a narrow space.
The solid single spindle is designed to handle narrow rolls of film or foil (750mm diameter, 250mm width) in a narrow corridor. In addition, the shorter single spindle facilitates access to the side feed on the packaging line.
The rolls are lifted by their core from the pallet or racking in the horizontal position only as no rotation was required. The rolls are then transported horizontally to the processing machinery.
The attachment has a maximum capacity of up to 75kg (165lbs), however higher rated models may be available on request.
The machine and its attachment are entirely suitable for the pharmaceutical and food industries and other hygienic applications.
The attachment is backed up by a full bespoke design service so ensuring that the right solution can be made to suit most lifting requirements.
All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fitted or removed from any model of Compac lifting machine that is fitted with the attachment quick release system.
