The Clamp attachment has been designed for the lifting and rotation of reels of film, foil, paper and various packaging materials.
The attachment has two handwheels, the first provides the easy grip and release action of the reels which are secured by the external diameter.
The mechanism is fitted with a torque limiter so that the gripping rollers do not over or under tighten onto the reel. This feature enables the operator to lift and transport reels with complete confidence.
The second handwheel is for the reel rotation to and from the vertical to horizontal orientations.
The combination of these handwheels provides easy operation and precise control.
The attachments enhanced design features include a greater load capacity, improved strength and durability which provides an easy and safe operation.
This reel handling solution is entirely suitable for the food industry and other hygienic applications and features FDA approved nitrile rubber rollers.

All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fitted or removed from any model of Compac lifting machine that is fitted with the quick release system.
