This Platform Attachment was designed to be the final element of a conveyor system that transports a frame carrying aerospace parts that are going through a wash down process.
The Platform docks with the end of the conveyor line using proximity switches to ensure that the Platform is at the correct height.
The frame carrying the parts is then transferred by the operator on to the Platform that has a rubber belt, tensioned by pulleys allowing it to rotate and carry the frame to the rear of the Platform.
The operator then engages the index plunger that bed between the ribs of the belt to stop it from moving during transportation.
This platform attachment has a lifting capacity of up to 75kg (165.35lbs)
