Dual Column Lifter for Extended Height Lifting in a Pharmaceutical Clean Room

Packline Ltd developed a bespoke lifting solution for a client in the pharmaceutical sector, enabling the safe and efficient lifting of stainless-steel vessels to an extended height of up to 2500mm.

Challenge
The client required a lifting system that could:

Navigate through a low-clearance doorway without sacrificing lift height.
Lift and rotate stainless-steel vessels containing pharmaceutical ingredients.
Operate seamlessly within a clean room environment.

Solution
Packline designed and manufactured a Dual Column Lifter equipped with an interlocking lifting attachment. This mechanism securely grips the vessel, enabling both lifting and precise 360° rotation, allowing the contents to be safely emptied into a hopper.

The dual-column frame design allows the lifter and vessel to pass through the low doorway while retaining the extended lift height capability necessary for the application.
