This Cradle Attachment has been designed and produced to meet with a customer’s requirement of lifting, transporting and loading various sizes of heavy reels of paper and film to a range of different packaging machines.
The unique design is both robust and suitable for heavy duty use.
The reels are supported by using a Lifting Shaft which is positioned through the central core of the reel.
This attachment is suitable for handling one reel at a time whilst it can accommodate many reel widths and provides swift, easy and safe handling.
The ‘Compac’ Lifting Machine raises and lowers the attachment by a battery powered mechanism, which is operated by simple up and down buttons, located ergonomically on the machine’s handlebars.
The design offers strength and durability with ease of operating and is entirely suitable for the food industry and other hygienic applications as the solution is manufactured in stainless steel.
The maximum lifting capacity is 230kg however, higher rated models may be available on request.
The attachment is backed up by a full bespoke design service ensuring the right solution can be made to suit most types or sizes of reels. All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fixed or removed from any model of ‘Compac’ lifting machine that is fitted with the quick release system.
