The Stainless Bespoke Battery Lifting Attachment was designed in response to a customer enquiry in the prestige car manufacturing industry to handle batteries in the car production line.
The battery handling solution lifts large (30kg) batteries and places them into car assemblies in the car production line, reducing operator manual handling, and ensuring safe handling of the batteries into the vehicle without damaging them.
The lifting attachment features a linear slide rail and locking system, adjustable for longer reaches. This enables the operator to adjust for various reaches to accurately place the battery into vehicle chassis.
The linear slide feature enables the operator to accurately set the correct reach for the battery placement. The locking mechanism ensures that once set, the attachment linear slide system is safely and securely held in place.
The raising and lowering actions of the battery lifting attachment are made by a powered, motorised mechanism which is operated by simple ‘up and down’ buttons that are located ergonomically on the machine’s handlebars. Ease of operation is further enhanced with a slow start feature that provides the operator with precise and accurate positioning when docking, loading and un-loading.
This lifter is entirely suitable for high care, clean room applications. The design offers impressive stability, strength, and durability and together these features combine to provide the transportation of the rolls with ease, confidence and complete safety.

All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fixed or removed from any model of ‘Compac’ lifting machine that is fitted with the quick release system.
