The attachment allows the mixing bowl to be safely lifted, tipped and lowered with precision and stability. Forward tipping can be supplied as manual, gearbox-assisted or fully motorised, giving operators flexibility to match the level of automation required. The motorised tipping option enables smooth, controlled emptying of ingredients, significantly reducing manual handling and improving operator safety.
During lifting and tipping, the mixing bowl is securely retained using two slide-in locating points and Packline’s unique quick-release side restraints, ensuring fast loading, positive location and safe operation. The lifter is operated via intuitive push-button controls positioned adjacent to the control panel for simple, ergonomic use.
