Packline Open Day a Great Success at Our New Poole Headquarters
Packline Materials Handling was delighted to welcome customers, partners and industry professionals to our Open Day on Thursday 10 September, held at our new headquarters at The Fulcrum, Vantage Way, Poole, Dorset.
The event provided visitors with the opportunity to explore Packline’s new manufacturing facility, meet our engineering and technical sales teams, and experience our extensive range of material handling and lifting equipment in operation.
Showcasing Packline’s Material Handling Solutions
Throughout the Open Day, visitors were able to see live demonstrations of Packline’s latest lifting and handling solutions and gain hands-on experience with equipment designed to improve operator safety, reduce manual handling and increase productivity.
Our fully equipped demonstration room showcased a comprehensive selection of Packline equipment, including stainless steel reel and roll handling equipment, drum and barrel lifters, vacuum lifting systems and heavy-duty material handling solutions.
The hands-on demonstrations gave visitors the opportunity to see the equipment working in real-world handling scenarios and discuss their own applications directly with Packline’s engineering and technical sales specialists.
Behind the Scenes at Packline
Guests were also invited to tour our new UK manufacturing facility, including the assembly workshop, machining department and quality inspection areas.
The facility tour provided an insight into the engineering, manufacturing and attention to quality behind Packline’s range of lifting equipment, while demonstrating our ability to develop bespoke material handling solutions for challenging customer applications.
The Open Day also provided an excellent opportunity for customers, manufacturers and industry professionals to network, exchange ideas and discuss ways to improve handling processes within their businesses.
Hog Roast Proves a Popular Addition
Of course, it wasn’t all machinery and engineering!
Visitors enjoyed complimentary refreshments throughout the event, with the hog roast food truck proving particularly popular and very well received by our guests. The relaxed atmosphere provided an ideal opportunity for visitors and the Packline team to continue conversations over lunch and get to know one another away from the equipment demonstrations.
