The manual single spindle attachment mounted onto a Logitrans ELF twin mast stacker truck was designed to lift rolls to height in a restricted space area.

The stacker truck encompasses a twin mast telescoped inside the column. This feature enables a shorter frame stacker with telescopic mast to lift to an increased height from the lowered position of 1650mm up to a height of 2050mm with the second stage mast. This enables the stacker truck to lift the paper to a high load point on the processing machinery in a confined low ceiling height environment.

The vertical spindle attachment features manual grip and rotation. The gripping action is achieved by means of a handwheel, providing easy grip and release actions of the rolls. The rotation facility features two ergonomically placed handles for easy rotation of the reels to and from the horizontal and vertical positions as required for loading and unloading from the packaging machinery.

The lifting attachment is mounted onto a heavy-duty mild steel painted stacker truck with electric lift, suitable for a warehouse environment. The stacker legs have been shortened to 800mm to gain access to the rolls stored on racks or closed pallets.

The attachment has a maximum capacity of up to 25kg (55lbs), however higher rated models are available on request.

The attachment is backed up by a full bespoke design service so ensuring that the right solution can be made to suit most lifting requirements.

All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be fitted or removed from most models of Logitrans lifting machine.
