The inverted platform attachment was designed for a customer in the cosmetics industry to attach to and handle suction pumps.

The suction pumps with pipe attachment are bolted to the platform attachment. The platform attachment features 4 bolts aligned with the pump to ensure a secure hold whilst being transported.

The pipe is lowered into barrels of bulk where the mixture can be extracted. The suction pump features an adapter plate which is bolted to the tray attachment to ensure a secure hold and easy transportation.

The lifter and platform attachment’s small footprint allows easy access to the barrels in the production area.

A safety adjustable microswitch prevents the platform attachment from exceeding the desired height range and causing damage to the manufacturing machinery.
All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fixed or removed from any model of ‘Compac’ Lifting Machine that is fitted with the quick release system.

The platform attachment has a lifting capacity of up to 120kg (264lbs).
It is very easy to use which provides a simple and safe action and is entirely suitable for the food, chemicals and pharmaceutical industries and similar hygienic applications.
