info@packline.co.ukThe Stainless V-Shaped Tray Attachment was designed in response to a customer enquiry in the material science industry to lift heavy metal tubes, minimising operator manual handling.
The V-shape cradle attachment handles long heavy metal tube assemblies for power transmission systems.
The cradle attachment features an asymmetrical V-shape where one side of the V-platform is lowered to enable the metal tubes to be rolled onto the tray from the assembly bench. The tray attachment can then be raised to enable the operator to complete the assembly procedure.
The asymmetrical V-shaped design ensures that the heavy metal rolls can be easily rolled onto and from the attachment whilst ensuring they do not roll off during the transfer process. In addition, attachment straps hold the rolls securely in place whilst being transported.
The raising and lowering actions of the Tray Attachment are made by a battery powered mechanism which is operated by simple ‘up and down’ buttons that are located ergonomically on the machine’s handlebars. Ease of operation is further enhanced with a slow start feature that provides the operator with precise and accurate positioning.
This lifter is suitable for clean room high care environments. The design offers impressive stability, strength, and durability.
The attachment is backed up by a full bespoke design service ensuring the right solution can be made to suit most applications and requirements.
All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fixed or removed from any model of ‘Compac’ lifting machine that is fitted with the quick release system.

Packline developed this vessel trolley for a customer who required transportation of their items for testing in a number of environments. The frame was made from stainless steel 316 as there was a possibility that the trolley may come into contact with sea water.
All support pads were fully adjustable to allow for changes in the design of the items being transported. The handle bars were also removable to be able to gain access to the item from either end for testing.
