The stainless keg lifting attachment was designed in response to a customer requirement in the drinks industry to vertically lift kegs and barrels in a clean room, high care environment.

The keg or barrel is securely retained by means of a ‘hook’ attachment which locates onto the rim or keg handle ‘cut out’ to secure and lift the keg vertically. In addition, a lower support strut maintains the keg in the vertical position, holding the keg securely in place.

Therefore, the lifting equipment carries the full weight of the keg, providing a swift and easy docking that provides safe, reliable transportation.

The Packline ‘Compac’ Machine raises and lowers the keg or barrel by means of powered lift and lower functions.

The design offers impressive strength and durability with ease of operating and is suitable for wine distilleries, pub cellars and warehouses.

The attachment is backed up by a full bespoke design service ensuring the right solution can be made to suit any make or size of barrel.

All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fixed or removed from any model of ‘Compac’ Lifting Machine that is fitted with the quick release system.

This keg lifter has a lifting capacity of up to 100kg (220lbs), although higher capacities are available depending on the model.

This model is constructed from Stainless Steel ensuring suitability for clean room high care environments such as those found in the food and drinks industries.
