The ‘Hedgehog’ Reel Dolly was designed in response to a requirement from a customer in the medical industry to store and transport several rolls of film up to a maximum weight of 800kgs. The reels are transported from the warehouse facility area to a clean room area.

The Multi Reel Dolly incorporates eight single spindles to easily transport or store up to eight rolls.

Constructed from stainless steel the Multi ‘Hedgehog’ Dolly is suitable for high care clean room environments.

The reels can be easily loaded and unloaded from the reel dolly by means of the Packline lifting machine with vertical spindle attachment.

The Multi Reel Dolly is a convenient and hygienic storage resource for the reels, and a cleaner alternative to the reels being stored on the floor or pallets.

Manufactured from Stainless Steel 304 the ‘Hedgehog’ Reel Dolly is designed with hygiene in mind with easy wipe down surfaces.

The bespoke ‘Hedgehog’ Multi Reel Dolly can be made to order to suit most reel diameters, widths, and weights.

Brakes and swivel castors provide full manoeuvrability in tight spaces. When the brakes are applied the Dolly can be used as a storage facility until such time that the reels are required.
