The Reel Transfer Stand has been designed to be loaded and unloaded using Packline’s range of lifting equipment or as a stand-alone static roll feed. The reels are placed on the trolley using a Packline lifting device.

The Reel Transfer Stand can then be used to transport reels from a storage area to a packaging line, for example.  The four swivel castors are braked making it easy to manoeuvre and safe to store. The Transfer Stand can also remain stationary, with brakes applied, allowing material to be unwound if required.

Made from stainless steel 304 and of a fully welded construction, the transfer stand is easy to clean and suitable for hygienic applications.

The Reel Transfer Stand is supplied with a mandrel which has end stops to ensure that the reel is held securely.  The end stops are secured with shaft locking retaining pins that are easy to remove and replace without the need for tooling.

The Reel Transfer Stand is backed up by a full bespoke design service ensuring the right solution can be made to suit most applications and requirements.
