The Clamp attachment for the Forward Tipping of Drums and Barrels has been designed to provide optimum flexibility with the lifting, transporting, filling and emptying of drums or barrels.
The drums are securely gripped by pads on the external diameter with a hand-wheel providing the clamping and unclamping actions. This mechanism has a torque limiter fitted so that the pads do not over or under tighten and minimise the possibility of any drum distortion. A second hand-wheel provides the forward tipping motion for the emptying of the drum. Together these features provide easy yet precise control which enables the operator to lift, transport, handle and empty drums or barrels with complete confidence and safety.
This lifting equipment is suitable for the food industry and other hygienic applications. The attachment is backed up by a full bespoke design service so ensuring that the right solution can be made to suit most drums.
All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fitted or removed from any model of ‘Compac’ lifting machine that is fitted with the attachment quick release system.

Packline developed this vessel trolley for a customer who required transportation of their items for testing in a number of environments. The frame was made from stainless steel 316 as there was a possibility that the trolley may come into contact with sea water.
All support pads were fully adjustable to allow for changes in the design of the items being transported. The handle bars were also removable to be able to gain access to the item from either end for testing.
