The clamp attachment has been designed to lift and rotate rolls of film, foil, paper and packaging materials.

This lifter has two handwheels, one is used for both the roll gripping and release. The second is for the roll rotation to and from the vertical to horizontal orientations. The combination of these handwheels provides easy operation and precise control.

The rolls are securely gripped by the external diameter. This mechanism has a torque limiter fitted so that the clamping rollers do not over or under tighten onto the roll. This enables the operator to lift and transport the rolls with complete confidence and safety.

The attachment has been re-designed to provide greater load capacity, strength, durability as well as improved wear resistance and enhanced ease of use which provides a simple and safe action.

This lifting equipment is suitable for the food and pharmaceutical industries, and other hygienic applications; and features new, FDA approved, nitrile rubber rollers. The attachment is backed up by a full bespoke design service so ensuring that the right solution can be made to suit most reels.

All Packline attachments are fully interchangeable and can be easily fitted or removed from any model of ‘Compac’ lifting machine that is fitted with the quick release system.
