Designed and produced for lifting and positioning wheels onto the Rolls-Royce Phantom

Working closely with engineers at Rolls-Royce, Packline developed a custom-built lifting/positioning solution for the legendary car manufacturer.
 

The product lifts the wheels and also positions them for increased speed and accuracy when hand-bolting them to the wheel hub.
 

Particular care was taken in the design of the attachment to ensure that it could not damage the expensive bodywork during the assembly operation.
 

The Compac Lifter was also purpose designed with the addition of counter balance weight attached to the side of the machine.
 

The counter balance provided the stability allowing the extended reach of the attachment necessary to position the wheel ready for assembly
