Packline new Industrial Unit

Packline Ltd are delighted to announce that from April 2011 they will be transferring to new premises, as part of an ongoing expansion program.

The industrial unit comprises an extensive, well equipped workshop area, to encompass Packline’s plans for expansion, including increased volumes of production as well as new product lines.
 

Clamping Vertical Spindle for Reel Lifting

This new concept from Packline overcomes the difficulty of telescoping reels.  Telescoping reels can occur if the reels are not wound tightly enough; and this can make the reels impossible to lift via the core.  This new and innovative way of clamping the external diameter of the reel, whilst still handling via the core, eliminates this problem.

The Handyman Vacuum Lifter from Packline, enables users to repeatedly lift and accurately place a wide variety of loads including plastics, metals, and sheets of material.

The Handyman Super and Combat are designed to be suspended from existing Overhead Crane Systems, Chain Hoists or similar.

Vertical Spindle for Overhead Systems

This new version of the Vertical Spindle from Packline, allows operators to simply lift and lower reels of material safely and efficiently. Either using an existing overhead system or, if you are installing a new overhead system, this new attachment will solve your lifting and handling needs.

Reel Lifting with Sideways Rotation

The new Sideways Rotation Vertical Spindle from Packline allows easier loading and unloading of Reels of material where space can be an issue. Once loaded onto the Vertical Spindle and transported as required, the operater can rotate the reel up to 180 degrees to load a reel onto a mandrel which may not be parallel with the spindle.

Slave Pallets

A new addition to Packline’s range of Materials Handling Solutions is the Bespoke Slave Pallet.
There are occasions when a Slave Pallet may be required to raise a standard pallet to gain greater access underneath the pallet for lifter legs.

Drum Lifter and De-palletizer

 The new Quick Release Drum Lifter and De-palletizer from Packline Materials Handling, is a cost effective alternative when no Drum Turning or Tipping is required, ideal for lifting drums on & off pallets.

Stackable Mobile Reel Dolly

The mobile reel dolly from Packline is capable of transporting reels up to 500kg.  Made to order, in either mild steel or stainless steel, all reel sizes can be catered for.

The unique design incorporates a removable handle. 

Dollies are stackable, allowing for easy storage when not in use.
