One of the leading manufacturers of High Shear Mixer Heads approached Packline to assist in developing a lifting device that they could offer their customers as a safe and reliable means to handle their range of Mixer Heads.
Utilizing the technology used on the company's Compac Mk5 range of products, a purpose designed lifting machine and attachment was designed to lift and lower the mixer head assemblies in and out of mixing vessels.
Because the majority of applications would be in clean room environments where hygiene and resistance to chemicals was of paramount importance the mixer head lifter was produced in stainless steel , and, to facilitate cleaning, built to an IP65 rating.
To enable access to large diameter mixing vessels the High Shear Head Lifter was designed with a wide leg span.
