Conical and Square Interchangeable Drum Clamp

This Bespoke Clamp from Packline offers detachable conical pads to clamp small buckets.  The pads are easily detached, revealing square pads to clamp containers making this design extremely versatile for modern manufacturing facilities.

Purchased for use within the pharmaceutical industry the clamp had to be able to lift a number of different containers containing a number of different ingredients, thus requiring only one piece of equipment to carry out a number of tasks.
 

This particular design incorporates motorised rotation as pouring the contents from each container was required at a height too great for the operator to rotate the clamp manually. 

A remote control for the rotation operation means that the operator can adjust their position to have full view of the container whilst rotating the container and depositing its contents accurately.
