New to the Packline range of handling equipment the company launched their stainless steel Ultra series of manual lifters at the recent Total exhibition at the NEC in May.
Packline who specialize in the design and manufacture of stainless steel manual handling equipment predominately for the food, pharmaceutical, dairy, and medical industries have introduced a range manual hydraulic lifters
Ideal for clean room environments the Ultra Stainless Steel Manual Lifter is versatile by design available in a range of frame configurations as standard and capable of handling loads of up to 200kg.
The Ultra's compact design and manoeuvrability enables the lifter to be used in awkward and confined spaces whilst being simple to use and easy to control.
The Lift is Hydraulic generated through a simple lever operated hand pump mechanism. The Ultra requires no power or recharging to function.
Pictured here with the Reel Turner Attachment designed for lifting, rotating & transporting reels of material from pallet to storage or machine. The Ultra is fully supported by a comprehensive range of attachments providing economical handling solutions for a wide range of loads including: Reels, Drums, Barrels, Vessels and Tooling.
As with the rest of the Packline's products the company offer a full bespoke design service to cater for those applications outside of the Ultra's standard range. |
