Wheel Lifter

Adapting the Packline's Compac Stainless Steel Lifter, the company designed and produced a Wheel lifter for lifting and positioning wheels onto the Rolls-Royce Phantom   Working closely with engineers at Rolls-Royce, Packline developed a custom-built Wheel lifting/positioning solution for the legendary car manufacturer.   The product lifts the wheels and positions them on the cars wheel hub ready for assembly improving both speed and accuracy.    Particular care was taken in the design of the Wheel Lifter to ensure that it could not damage the expensive bodywork during the assembly operation.   The Compac Lifter was also purpose designed with the addition of counter balance weight attached to the side of the machine.   The counter balance provided the stability allowing the extended reach of the attachment necessary to position the wheel ready for assembly
